Isolates Before Failure
When the battery approaches a critical level, the microcontroller electronically "flips" the custom solid-state switch, isolating the battery and preserving just enough power in your car's battery to start your engine.

When you're ready to drive weeks or months later, just press ON. It reconnects instantly and your engine starts normally. No dead battery. No jump. No waiting.

Rotate the battery to create the room needed for AlwayStart and its connections.
Mount AlwayStart
Position AlwayStart over the battery and secure it using the integrated mounting bracket.

Connect the vehicle battery terminals to AlwayStart, then connect the vehicle cables to the AlwayStart terminals.

Drive as you normally would. If AlwayStart disconnects your battery to protect it (a “protection event”), just press ON to reconnect and go.

Reconnect with a Remote
By popular demand, AlwayStart is now available with an optional wired remote. The optional wired remote provides the same core controls and indicators available directly on AlwayStart, including the integrated battery meter, battery health indicator, and the ability to command the system on or off remotely.
Designed to integrate cleanly into your cabin, the remote can be dash-mounted or magnetically secured in a discreet location. A flexible cable with secure twist-lock connectors links the remote directly to the AlwayStart unit under the hood, allowing you to reconnect power without needing hood access.
Press “On” to reconnect your vehicle and restore starting power. To prevent accidental shutdowns, the “Off” function requires a deliberate two-button press before isolating the battery.
The result is even greater convenience and control, without ever needing to open the hood.
